About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient staffing of CNAs, LPNs, and/or registered nurses for your shift to maintain quality care.
- Conduct rounds of the nursing service department to verify all personnel are performing duties according to nursing standards; report findings to the Director.
- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure adherence to physician orders.
- Review medication cards for completeness, accuracy in transcription of physician orders, and compliance with stop-order policies.
