Unit Manager LPN

Posted Salary Range: USD $32.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr. The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience, education, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Work together with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families.
• Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in the unit.
• Attract and retain top-performing, talented team members.
• Supervise and career coach existing team members within the assigned unit.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a stable work history, the dedication, and commitment to lead a healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
• Reliable transportation required.
