About the role

The Unit Manager will direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit to ensure the highest degree of quality care for residents, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards for long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents at all times.
• Follow direction from the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services.

Requirements

• Must be a nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• Knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices, procedures, and laws governing long-term care.
• Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare-related facility is required.

Pay

$43.00 - $47.28 per hour. Placement within the wage range is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.
