About the role
We are seeking a Unit Manager - LPN responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective healthcare to achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction among patients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Providing professional guidance and supervision to non-professional staff.
- Identifying educational needs and developing training programs with the Nurse Educator.
- Overseeing medication management to ensure proper supplies and adherence to policies.
- Providing direct patient care alongside other nurses to maintain clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
- Minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
Skills
Strong leadership, supervision, clinical skills, and knowledge of medication management, with a focus on compliance and quality care.
