About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to supervise nursing care for residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation unit.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff to ensure quality resident care
- Ensuring residents’ needs are consistently met with compassion and professionalism
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Active state LPN/LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in long-term care and rehabilitation settings is preferred
