Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities on an assigned skilled nursing unit
• Ensure nursing activities are conducted in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility

Requirements

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a LPN/LVN in this state
