Unit Manager LN 8

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved LVN program and possess a current, active, and unencumbered LVN license in the state of practice.

Skills

• Requires strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, along with knowledge of long-term care nursing practices and regulations.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, leadership, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be adaptable, able to manage the emotional demands of the position.

Schedule

• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and on-call shifts as needed.
