Unit Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
Lead, mentor, and motivate care teams
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Develop and implement care plans
Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident care

Qualifications

• Current RN License (State of Michigan)
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
• Passion for improving resident lives and delivering exceptional care
• Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
