What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to keep the unit running smoothly
- Lead day-to-day nursing operations while staying compliant and organized
- Make daily rounds, support staff, and ensure excellent resident care
- Help develop care plans, assessments, and quality initiatives
- Be a go-to problem solver for resident and family concerns
- Keep policies, procedures, and nursing resources current
- Jump in with hands-on nursing care when needed
- Participate in quality assurance, training, and team development
Qualifications
- RN preferred (especially with Infection Control experience)
- LPNs may apply
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- LPN range $30 and up
