About the role
As a Unit Manager, you will oversee the nursing staff on our day shift, ensuring residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on the day shift
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure residents are receiving quality care and attention
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care and services for our residents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
- RN or LPN license required
- Part-time schedule, day shift from 7am-3pm
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion and empathy for seniors and their families
