Unit Maintenance Instructor
About the role
JANUS Research Group is seeking a Unit Maintenance Instructor at the Army National Guard Professional Education Center located in North Little Rock, AR for a short term assignment.
Responsibilities
- Train ARNG officers, warrant officers, noncommissioned officers, and civilian personnel in the skills required to sustain the equipment readiness and deployability of the Army National Guard through day-to-day management of surface maintenance shop operations.
- Utilize GCSS-Army to manage property requisitions, disposal, and accountability.
- Develop professionally by sharing best practices with peers and instructors.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- Five years’ experience as a Unit Maintenance NCO
- Strong communication skills (oral and writing)
- Knowledge of Command Maintenance Discipline Program
- Experience with GCSS-Army
- Nice to have: Five years' of GCSS-Army experience
Qualifications
- Must have instructor certification
- US Citizenship
Skills
- Knowledge and experience in ARNG Surface Maintenance arena

Pay
Target salary range: $60k - $62k
Schedule
The course duration is two weeks.
