About the Role
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nursing Development Educators, this position plans, implements, and evaluates educational and quality improvement activities on the nursing unit. The role involves modeling excellence in patient care through clinical practice, continuous quality improvement, and integrating new nursing knowledge into practice. Adherence to all standards of nursing care and the job description is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current Michigan RN licensure required.
- Equivalent of four years of clinical experience with the defined patient population preferred.
