Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all site services operations, including janitorial/environmental services teams and supervisors
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP cleaning standards, sanitation protocols, and infection control practices
- Manage departmental financials, including budget development, forecasting, and expense control
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data, reports, and operational metrics
- Establish work standards, cleaning schedules, and workflows to support regulated and critical environments
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies, including health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop staff to improve productivity, engagement, and performance
- Proactively drive initiatives to achieve facility goals and enhance operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in Facilities or Environmental Services Management, preferably in healthcare, GMP, or regulated environments
- Proven experience managing janitorial operations and GMP-compliant cleaning programs
- Demonstrated success supervising staff and leading teams
- Strong understanding of GMP standards, sanitation procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
