Education/Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Prior hospital experience preferred (at least 6 months).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong communication and customer relations skills.
- Basic computer experience.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Sitting for 80% of the workday.
- Mobility 20% of the workday.
- Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Frequent reaching, use of hands, and repetitive actions.
- Lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Speaking with clear diction and hearing sensitivity.
- Continuous visual acuity at close and distant range.
- Inside protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
