Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement thermal management solutions for mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize HVAC&R systems.
• Contribute to research and development efforts to advance sustainable refrigeration technologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and partners.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in thermal management or related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC&R systems, refrigeration principles, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and engineering standards.
