What You’ll Make an Impact In
- Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of an assigned clinical area.
- Greet patients, visitors, and new admissions.
- Answer general inquiries and schedule patients for appointments.
- Answer, screen, and route telephone calls.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Create various reports and documents as assigned.
- Help patients/residents with basic technology and social media.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient care.
- Perform unit safety checks.
- Assist with meeting patient needs and escalate as appropriate.
- Maintain staff schedules and timekeeping as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
