Unique Asset Associate

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in preparing Regulation 9 real estate reviews.
• Assists in securing title insurance and appraisals.
• Participates in client sales and service calls as needed.
• Frequent interaction with various areas of Trust and the Bank.
• Supports client communication and problem-solving efforts.
• Fosters positive professional and customer relationships.
• Ensures a seamless transition as clients move between service models.
• Processes real estate-related bills through the Administrative Service Group (ASG).
• Maintains and interfaces with trust and real estate accounting systems.
• Works proactively to enhance client services and project completion.
• Balances priorities while working with multiple managers.
• Assists with property inspections and meets third-party vendors in external locations.
• Learns foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Fiduciary Law.
• Oversees a diverse portfolio of 130+ residential, commercial farmland, and vacant land properties.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Minimum Knowledge & Skills Required

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Trust Real Estate Administrator or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong technical skills for system administration and support.
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Deep consideration for team members' success and alignment with organizational mission.
• Understanding of company policies, procedures, and operations.
• Effective customer relations.

Pay

Unique Asset Associate Total Base Pay Range: $48,100.00 - $96,200.00 USD Annually.

In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with payments based on company, line of business, and/or individual performance.
