Job Responsibilities

  • Client facing role managing relationship with high profile clients.
  • Liaising with agent banks and custodians to improve processes and client experience.
  • Ensuring 100% responses are received from clients on voluntary events.
  • Proactively provide support to internal teams including Risk Management and Client Facing teams across regions.
  • Understanding the control environment and ensuring daily checks are completed.
  • Working closely with Technology and Operations partners to deliver Change.

Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Full lifecycle Asset Servicing product & process knowledge.
  • Ability to face off to very demanding stakeholders and clients, managing their expectations.
  • Good understanding of Corporate Actions and Income accounting entries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including senior business executives.
  • Motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team.
