Requirements
- Associate's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of payroll process experience, preferably in union payroll
- Intermediate Microsoft O365 proficiency
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong math skills
- Proven ability to work in a confidential setting
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts
Skills
- Construction, union, or field payroll experience
- Familiarity with union contracts, fringe benefit remittances, certified payroll, prevailing wage requirements, and multi-state payroll
Benefits
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The anticipated salary range for this position is $29 - $37 (negotiable) hourly.
