About the role

• Support the full Unified Global Banking (UGB) Coverage team in originating cross-divisional business opportunities
• Review, diligence, and process referrals into our Investment Bank from Wealth Management Americas
• Create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships
• Increase the returns of products and services
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• Assist in planning overall resource requirements by recruiting, developing, and retaining talented individuals
• Make sound and balanced judgments (always within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards)
• Motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals
• Explore how AI can improve workflows, validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use

About the team

The Unified Global Banking (UGB) – Americas Team originates and executes new business opportunities between UBS Global Wealth Management and Global Banking. Our team covers financial advisors and their client relationships across the Americas region to source, evaluate, and execute Investment Banking opportunities from Wealth Management relationships, driving increased Firm revenue through M&A Advisory, Equity & Debt capital raising, and other Corporate Finance transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• MBA or similar is preferred
• Experience within wealth management or investment banking is highly preferred
• Great communication skills
• Strong ability to develop creative solutions
• Curiosity to explore how AI can improve workflows

Pay

The indicative gross base salary range for this full-time role is:

• United States - Texas - Dallas: USD 325,000/annum
• United States - Illinois - Chicago: USD 325,000/annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors, which may include but are not limited to role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level. UBS offers a range of competitive benefits, and additional variable compensation or awards may be provided at our sole discretion.
