Unified Communications Engineer - MS Exchange & MS Teams (GR 31)
Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned unified communications engineer skilled in designing and maintaining on-prem MS Exchange, MS Exchange Online, MS O365, and MS Teams environments. Experience with Windows Server, VMware ESXi hosts, Azure cloud, Azure vocal, MS Purview, voice services, and Cisco/MS Teams integration is desired.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Support MS Exchange and MS Teams maintenance activities
- Support Cisco voice to MS Teams voice integrations
- Develop and deploy new technology strategies
- Develop and maintain Unified Communications architecture, standards, processes, procedures, work instructions, and related documentation
- Continuous learning of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Maintain capacity and system performance for tuning or upgrades
- Perform system upgrades including version management, patching, and security updates
- 10% travel possible including domestic and international PACCAR locations
- On-call availability 24/7 through participation in on-call rotation
- Technical support and customer service skills for all organizational levels
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 7+ years designing, administering, and troubleshooting Exchange Online and hybrid/on-premises Microsoft Exchange environments.
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 collaboration services in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skill
- Configuring and managing email security devices and SaaS solutions
- PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
- Microsoft product deployment with high availability and disaster recovery
- Teamwork, communication, detail orientation, organization, self-management
- Project management track record
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required

- The salary range for Senior Microsoft 365 Messaging & Collaboration Engineer is $104,100 - $162,900 annually.
