Unified Communication Sr Principal

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of unified communication infrastructure
• Cook up a team of engineers for mission-critical project delivery
• Migrate legacy video systems to modern cloud-capable platforms
• Conduct system capacity planning and quality assurance checks
• Ensure compliance with DoD guidelines and directives
• Implement lifecycle management for hardware/software configurations
• Analyze customer requirements to propose effective communication solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations
• Expertise in cloud deployment and engineering, specifically with IaaS
• 3+ years of experience in real-time communications (VoIP/Video)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco VCS Control/Expressway and video endpoints
• Strong customer service skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
• Active DoD Secret clearance required
