Underwriting Service Specialist

This Underwriting Service Specialist role supports a new product within our Executive Assurance team, where workflows are still being established. We are seeking a creative problem solver with experience building workflows, developing SOPs, and driving change. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, collaborating cross‑functionally, analyzing information, resolving issues, and adapting to evolving business needs while partnering with underwriters, corporate resources, and global teams to meet key commitments.
Responsibilities
- Policy & endorsement issuance
- File documentation and set‑up
- Review account information for data entry into appropriate systems
- Order, prepare and/or update reports
- Policy rating and/or initial entry into rating model
- Processing of various underwriting transactions and requests
- Correspond with brokers for information at Underwriter’s request
- Booking/Invoicing
- Coordinate services with other services units, as needed
- Other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in same or related field preferred
Pay
Base salary range: $47,600 – $79,900 dependent on location. Position is incentive eligible. Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long‑term incentives) will consider geographic location, scope & responsibilities, qualifications, talent availability, specialization, and business needs. The pay range may be modified in the future.
