Underwriting Assistant

About the role

This position is responsible for assisting underwriters in processing insurance claims and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and process insurance claims according to company guidelines
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
• Ensure all claims are filed accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience with insurance claims processing a plus
