This position is responsible for assisting underwriters in processing insurance claims and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Review and process insurance claims according to company guidelines
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
- Ensure all claims are filed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- Experience with insurance claims processing a plus
