About the role
We are seeking an Underwriter to join our dynamic team. The Underwriter will play a crucial role in designing and managing custom insurance programs, ensuring that our partners can offer unique products to their clients. This role requires strong underwriting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Assess risk and determine appropriate coverage levels for clients
- Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with brokers to develop customized insurance solutions
- Manage claims and resolve disputes in a timely manner
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., actuarial science, finance, or insurance)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in insurance underwriting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with insurance carrier systems and processes
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
