Responsibilities
- Create project scope documents
- Design modeling using AutoCAD Civil 3D software
- Engineering review of line termination structures
- Develop plan & profile drawing sets
- Create staking sheets and other construction exhibits
- Produce material and construction specifications
- Perform other design tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Commitment to quality and accuracy
- Willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules
Qualifications
- Design engineering experience is a plus
- A commitment to progress towards PE licensure is highly encouraged
- Fundamental knowledge of transmission engineering principles and applicable codes and standards
