Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs underground
- Complete planned maintenance and inspections to a high standard
- Support production equipment uptime in active mining environments
- Ensure quality workmanship through testing and final checks
- Identify parts, tools, and opportunities to improve reliability
Requirements
- 5+ years working on underground hard rock equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Experience with planned maintenance, inspections, and breakdowns underground
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Experience across multiple OEMs (Sandvik, Epiroc, CAT, Normet, Getman)
- Strong safety mindset and awareness underground
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to integrate quickly
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
