Underground E&I Technician

About the role

Responsible for underground electrical and instrumentation maintenance and installation. Works closely with project teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems in underground environments
• Install new electrical and instrumentation equipment as needed
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols
• Document work activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in confined spaces and underground conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with relevant certifications

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
