Undergrad Finance and Accounting Internship

About the role

Ecolab is seeking Finance and Accounting Interns to join our summer 2027 Internship program. This 11-week paid internship starts on Tuesday, June 1, 2027, and offers a hybrid work environment, balancing office days with remote work. Interns will be placed in one of the following office locations based on project interest: St. Paul, MN; Naperville, IL; Greensboro, NC; Houston, TX; or King of Prussia, PA. Relocation assistance is available for those meeting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own a project within an operating division or corporate finance group, developing technical, communication, and team-building skills
• Partner with your manager, team, and stakeholders to research, review, and propose solutions to project objectives
• Formally present your project overview, findings, and recommendations to Ecolab Finance Leaders and Finance Development Program associates at the end of the summer
• Participate in summer programming, including professional development, networking events, Leader Talks, and social gatherings

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028
• Willingness to relocate to one of the specified office locations for the 11-week program
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Pay

Annual or hourly compensation range: $22–$24. Many factors are considered when determining compensation, including experience, education, training, and geography. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
