Undergrad Finance and Accounting Internship

Ecolab is seeking Finance and Accounting Interns to join our summer 2027 Internship program. This internship provides invaluable insights from leaders across Ecolab, engaging and challenging projects, opportunities for personal and professional growth, extensive networking, and immersion in our innovative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Own a project within an operating division or corporate finance group and hone your technical, communication, and team-building skills
- Partner with your manager, team, and stakeholders to research, review, and propose project solutions to your project’s objective
- Formally present your project overview, findings, and recommendations to Ecolab Finance Leaders and Finance Development Program associates at the end of the summer
- Participate in thoughtful summer programming that will provide professional development and exposure to our company culture through networking events, Leader Talks, and social gatherings
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028
- Must be willing to relocate to one of the following office locations for the 11-week program: St. Paul, MN; Naperville, IL; Greensboro, NC; Houston, TX; or King of Prussia, PA
- Relocation assistance is available for those meeting requirements
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
Schedule
11-week paid internship program, starting on Tuesday, June 1, 2027. Opportunity for a hybrid work environment, balancing office days with working remotely.
Pay
Annual or hourly compensation range: $22–$24. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, and geography. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
