About the role
BTI is currently seeking an Unarmed Rover Supervisor to provide supervision and oversight of officers and shifts at several of our regional sites in Montgomery County. Secures premises by patrolling property; monitoring, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
Requirements
- Previous supervision experience with a clean driver record
- Ability to serve as a visible deterrent to crime
- Ability to identify suspicious behavior
- Experience demonstrating capacity to effectively manage a security guard services contract
- Must know how to effectively communicate with others both verbally and in writing
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- MD Security Guard Certification (Unarmed)
- CPR/First Aid certification
