Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor - Montgomery County

BTI is seeking an Unarmed Rover Supervisor to provide supervision and oversight of officers and shifts at several regional sites in Montgomery County. The role involves securing premises by patrolling property; monitoring, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee security officers and shifts at multiple regional sites
• Patrol property to secure premises
• Monitor, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
• Act as a visible deterrent to crime
• Identify suspicious behavior
• Effectively manage a security guard services contract
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Previous supervision experience
• Clean driver record
• High School Diploma or GED
• MD Security Guard Certification
• Unarmed security experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
