Benefits packages worth an estimated average of $300.00/month. Job Summary In this role Physical Security Officers (PSO’s) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSO’s may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. Additionally PSOs may be asked to work with a firearm. The PSOs mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service. PSOs represent the front line of our security services. Job Duties / Essential Functions Delivering high-end customer serviceResponding to emergenciesDeterring and preventing crimePerforming ingress/ egress control proceduresInvestigating incidentsCompleting daily logs and incident reportsConducting regular walking or vehicle patrolsBuilding and maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests, and co-workersDe-escalating conflictsDetaining suspectsMonitoring CCTV camerasPerforming other related duties as assigned Skills / Qualifications Current and valid DLHigh school diploma or GED1-2 year experience in armed security is recommendedMust be able to pass PAT and ASO courseMust be able to pass a drug screenExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient time management skillsReliable transportationExcellent de-escalation skillsProficient firearms skillsExtensive use of force knowledgeMust be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements Physical Requirements / Working Conditions These are physical and mental requirements of the position as it is typically performed.
