About the role

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in North Bethesda, Maryland. Applicants must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment while providing exceptional service in a secure and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to designated areas, ensuring authorized entry.
• Observe and report irregular or unusual activity promptly and accurately.
• Patrol the property to maintain safety, security, and visibility.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and incidents, maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and professionally.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and customers.
• Investigate disturbances and document incidents thoroughly and clearly.
• Maintain detailed activity and incident reports in accordance with TriCorps standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Maryland Guard Card

Schedule

• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts, school hours, and summers.

Pay

$21.50 per hour
