About the role

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a prestigious gated community in the Panama City Beach area. This position focuses on maintaining the safety and security of residents, guests, and property through vigilance, professionalism, and service. Former law enforcement officers, military veterans, and experienced security professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to community entrances, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
• Provide a visible and professional presence to promote a safe and secure environment.
• Patrol community grounds to deter and detect potential safety or security concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and service calls, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and management to support daily operations.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, observations, and any incidents.
• Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities when needed.
• Follow all client and TriCorps procedures to ensure high-quality service and consistent performance.

Requirements

• Current Class D Security License (Unarmed).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong communication skills, and sound judgment.
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
• Stay alert and proactive throughout each shift to ensure a secure environment.
• Demonstrate calm judgment, effective communication, and professionalism in all interactions.

Pay

$16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Schedule
