About the role

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in East Naples, Florida. Applicants must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment. Officers ensure a safe and welcoming environment through vigilance, communication, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment.
• Conduct patrols and inspections to identify potential safety or security concerns.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and guests.
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and respectfully.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
• Document and report all observations, activities, and incidents accurately.
• Collaborate with management and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid State Driver’s License

Schedule

Positions available in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
