About the role

We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Unarmed Security Officers to help maintain a safe and secure environment at our national client in Chattanooga, TN. Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or in a company vehicle
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and monitoring entry/exit points
• Conduct routine security inspections and report safety concerns
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner
• Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
• Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Tennessee Security Guard License is needed (can be obtained for $192.15)

Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required.
