Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing Concierge Security Officer who enjoys protecting and helping others. We hire smiling faces!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to create a positive experience.
- Enforce the code of conduct for the property.
- Cookordinate with law enforcement and property management as needed.
- Patrol the property served, maintaining visibility and vigilance.
- Build and maintain trust and comradery with officers, property owners, tenants, and guests.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for protecting and helping others.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Able to patrol property on foot and be mobile for long periods.
- Willingness to take ownership and go the extra mile.
- Problem solving and analytical skills a plus.
- Able to work weekends.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Clear criminal record.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Hospitality service experience (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
