Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing Concierge Security Officer who enjoys protecting and helping others. We hire smiling faces!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to create a positive experience.
• Enforce the code of conduct for the property.
• Cookordinate with law enforcement and property management as needed.
• Patrol the property served, maintaining visibility and vigilance.
• Build and maintain trust and comradery with officers, property owners, tenants, and guests.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for protecting and helping others.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Able to patrol property on foot and be mobile for long periods.
• Willingness to take ownership and go the extra mile.
• Problem solving and analytical skills a plus.
• Able to work weekends.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Clear criminal record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Hospitality service experience (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (preferred).
