About the role

Join Inter-Con as a Unarmed Security Officer. You'll be part of a dynamic team providing security services to valued clients across multiple continents.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol on foot or vehicle to maintain security protection, detecting damage, misuse, or theft.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas and provide information to the public.
  • Prepare and submit security reports and assist investigators.
  • Participate in special enforcement unit activities, including fare inspections and reporting.
  • Respond to calls for assistance, maintaining a positive client brand image.

Qualifications

  • Exposed Firearms Permit (for Armed Positions)
  • Current Guard Card
  • Valid California Driver's License or State ID
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks like standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and running.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid/Baton/OC Pepper Spray (preferred)
  • Pass a 10-panel DOT-required drug screen
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year or more security experience
