LRS · Wauconda, IL · 1 mo ago
Management$30.8–$44/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about LRS, mission, values, then description of role. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content: description of company and role (maybe About the role). Responsibilities: list of duties (operate vehicle, pre/post trip inspections, report unsafe situations, attend training, work with route manager, notify incidents, communicate customer requests, identify/report containers, ensure number of containers, dump containers, position containers, follow route assignments, complete documentation, assist other drivers). That's a list. Requirements/Qualifications: Legally eligible to work in US, at least 18, valid Class B CDL, valid DOT medical card, no DUI/OVI within last 5 years or 2 in last 10, no license suspensions last 2 years, no more than 3 moving violations last 2 years, able to complete pre-employment screenings, able to read and speak English well enough. Physical demands / environmental factors: list of physical demands (sit, use hands, reach, talk/hear, occasionally stand/walk, able to push/pull up to 110 lbs, able to frequently walk/stand up to 8 hrs/day, physically able to enter/climb and leave truck cab frequently, manual dexterity to operate controls, specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus). Also earlier description: extensive physical exertion lifting up to 75 pounds each from ground approx 300-500 times per day, entering/exiting truck approx 600-1000 times per day, exposed to extreme weather, unpleasant odors/sights. Hours: Seasonal April to mid-December, hours: April-Sept Mon-Fri with some Saturdays; Oct-Dec Mon-Sat as needed; hours may fluctuate. Pay: $30.80 - $44.00 (likely hourly). Benefits: none mentioned. Schedule: we have hours description. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We need to not repeat job title as heading. The posting didn't give explicit job title but we have "Seasonal Residential Driver". We should not put that as heading. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we can have:

About the role

with paragraph describing LRS and role overview.

Responsibilities

with
  • list.

    Requirements

    with
    • list (including eligibility, age, CDL, medical, driving record, language, screenings).

      Physical Demands

maybe as part of Requirements? But we have a separate section for Physical Demands? The allowed headings list includes Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not Physical Demands. But we could incorporate physical demands into Responsibilities or Requirements? However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should stick to those headings. But we can also add other headings if needed? The instruction says use those for section headings; it's ambiguous if we can add others. Safer to stick to those headings. We can place physical demands under Requirements or Responsibilities. Probably under Requirements (since they are job requirements). We'll include them in Requirements list. We have Pay: we have salary range, so include

      Pay

      with

      $30.80 - $44.00 per hour

(or just as given). Schedule: we have hours description, so include

      Schedule

      ...

. Benefits: none mentioned, so omit. Skills: maybe we can include skills like manual dexterity, vision abilities, communication, etc. Could be under Skills. But we already have many under Requirements. Might be thin. Better to combine. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details. Let's craft sections: About the role: paragraph about LRS mission, values, and that Seasonal Residential Driver is physically demanding, service waste/recycling, etc. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: list of eligibility, age, CDL, medical, driving record, language, screenings, physical demands (lifting, push/pull, walking, entering truck, vision, dexterity). Also mention ability to read/speak English. Pay: $30.80 - $44.00 (maybe per hour). Schedule: Seasonal April to mid-December, hours: April-Sept Mon-Fri with some Saturdays; Oct-Dec Mon-Sat as needed; hours may fluctuate; no work Jan-Mar. We must not include boilerplate like "Live Safety Serve With PassionInnovate RelentlesslyEngage With IntegrityBuild CommunityBe Accountable" - that's part of values; we can include in About the role. We need to remove duplicated lines: there is duplicate paragraph about physical demands repeated; we need to include only once. Let's extract details.
