UMMG Staff Physician - Diagnostic Radiology, Cardiothoracic or Thoracic, Abdominal

About the role

The Cardiothoracic and Abdominal Divisions in the Department of Radiology at the Leonard Miller University of Miami (UM) School of Medicine (UMSOM) invite applications for a full-time Staff Physician, community radiologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical imaging services to interpret X-rays, CT, MRI, and ultrasound examinations, as well as some non-invasive fluoroscopic procedures.
• Be available for on-site clinical consultations for patients in clinic.
• Optionally participate in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students, as well as clinical research, journal club, and weekly multidisciplinary conferences.

Requirements

• Completed a fellowship in Abdominal and/or Cardiothoracic Imaging.
• Preferred to be able to interpret within both subspecialty areas of expertise.
• Florida Medical License.
• Board Certification/Board Eligible in Abdominal Imaging and/or Cardiothoracic Imaging.

• Ambulatory care facilities in northern Miami-Dade County and Broward County.
