Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Ultrasound Technologist PRN at Timpanogos Regional Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 7 days of employment start date
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer within 1 year of employment start date
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Vascular Technician, RDMS Abdomen Specialty, or RDMS Obstetrics & Gynecology within 1 year of employment start date
What You Will Do
You will perform a variety of Ultrasound Procedures and be responsible for exam protocols that provide diagnostic information to the interpreting physician. You must have a working knowledge of life-saving techniques and be capable of performing well under pressure. You will also assume the responsibility for specified examinations, introduce the basics of ultrasound to student technologists, assess, treat, and care for patients appropriately, and demonstrate knowledge and skills in obtaining and interpreting patient information.
