Ultrasound Technologist PRN
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Ultrasound Technologist will perform Ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in areas such as OB/GYN, Abdomen, Neurosonology, and Peripheral Vascular. Duties include obtaining information about internal organs, fluid accumulations, disease diagnosis, prenatal examination of fetuses and the placenta, and assisting the Radiologist during biopsies.
Requirements
- Advanced certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in the categories of ABD, OBGYN, and neurosurgery required
- Current ARRT Certification (required) or Current RVT Certification (preferred)
- Current BLS certification
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic training in an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Tech Program or equivalent
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience preferred

Pay and Schedule
The typical hourly wage range for this role is $48.92 - $48.92 per hour. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
