Job Summary

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be part of our friendly and compassionate Ultrasound team. We are proud to provide the "care like family" mission of the hospital. We are looking for someone to join our team that works hard to support each other where the patients are the center of all we do.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of Ultrasound Procedures
  • Be responsible for exam protocols that provide diagnostic information to the interpreting physician
  • Work well under pressure
  • Assume responsibility for specified examinations
  • Introduce the basics of ultrasound to student technologists
  • Assess, treat, and care for patients appropriately
  • Obtain and interpret information based on patients' needs

Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
  • RDMS Abdomen Specialty
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
