About the role
The Ultrasound Technologist is an excellent opportunity to join our skilled Imaging/Radiology team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and therapeutic or interventional ultrasound procedures
- Apply independent judgment, initiative, and creative ingenuity toward work solutions
Requirements
- Graduate or graduation eligible within 6 months of a formal ultrasound technology training program
- Registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- If registry pending, must complete appropriate registration within 12 months from date of employment
- Previous experience as an Ultrasonographer preferred
- Current BLS required

Pay
The pay scale is $50.32 - $72.41 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align. Potentially up to $20,000 sign-on bonus available for those meeting eligibility requirements.
