Ultrasound Technologist - Breast Care Center

About the role

Performs a variety of sonographic examinations, including OB/GYN, abdominal, and small parts, while assisting radiologists during invasive procedures. Responsible for evaluating patient conditions based on referrals, medical records, interviews, and assessments to ensure accurate diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasound procedures with technical proficiency.
• Assist radiologists during invasive imaging procedures.
• Make clinical judgments regarding patient conditions based on collected data.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an ultrasound training program meeting ARDMS eligibility.
• Within one year of hire, obtain ARDMS certification.
• Hold current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of one year experience as an ultrasound technologist or intern.

Pay

On-site role with a pay range of $55.34 – $84.93 per hour; potential additional compensation for shift differentials, overtime, or bonuses.
