About the role

The ultrasound technologist performs routine, emergent and specialized sonographic examinations under the direction of the Supervisor and in association with the radiologist. The technologist provides patient care and exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Post High School Special Training
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT or Vascular Certification within 6 months, which is either RVT (through ARDMS) or RVS (through CCI)
• BLS
