Responsibilities
- Performs ultrasound examinations on IP, OP, and ECC patients.
- Obtains and communicates accurate and thorough patient medical history as it relates to the exam being performed.
- Performs other duties as needed to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Has a letter of recommendation from the clinical instructor of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Has passed the ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography) SPI Physics.
- Mets continuing education requirements.
- Has current CPR certification.
