UT Health Jacksonville features 33 operational beds, an ICU, a 24‑hour ED (Level IV trauma center and acute stroke‑ready), a maternity unit, advanced diagnostic technology, surgical suites, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, a wound‑healing center, and the UT Health East Texas Olympic Center fitness and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic and/or invasive procedure images as directed by a radiologist.
• Provide imaging services for a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, young‑to‑middle‑aged adult, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Must be ARDMS registered or registry‑eligible within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire (or transfer into the role) and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Graduate of an ARDMS‑approved ultrasound program.
