Role Overview This position provides clinical assessment and treatment to patients at a healthcare facility, utilizing individual, family, and group therapy approaches to address patient needs. The role involves developing and updating personalized treatment plans, conducting diagnostics, and delivering crisis interventions both in person and via telehealth. The clinician documents and bills for services according to regulatory standards and maintains a manageable caseload, ensuring culturally competent, community-based care. Collaborative team participation, attendance at staff meetings, and adherence to ethical standards are essential. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and LIMHP licensure.Experience in outpatient, integrated health settings preferred.Knowledge of psychosocial assessment, family systems, crisis intervention, and telehealth practices.Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality, organize work, and work independently. Additional Requirements Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.Competency in computer applications relevant to clinical work.Physical capacity for sedentary work, involving minimal exertion.
